Privacy Policy
Penguin Jump is designed to be easy to play without creating an account. This policy explains the limited information used to run and improve the game.

At a glance
No account is required. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, health information, or payment-card details. We do not use the IDFA and do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Information processed
Penguin Jump and its service providers may process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, interactions with the game, advertising data, purchase history, crash information, performance information, and other diagnostic data. Some device, approximate-location, interaction, and advertising data may be associated with an app installation or device.
Why it is used
- App functionality: to save local progress, operate Game Center features, deliver optional notifications, restore purchases where that feature is offered, and keep the game working.
- Analytics and diagnostics: to understand play patterns, investigate crashes, and improve performance.
- Advertising: to deliver and measure optional rewarded advertising if that feature is enabled. The first App Store release has rewarded ads disabled.
Services we use
Penguin Jump uses Apple services including Game Center and push notifications, plus Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Cloud Messaging, Google Mobile Ads, and Google User Messaging Platform. Versions that offer in-app purchases also use Apple’s StoreKit. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and on our behalf where applicable.
Purchases and progress
If your installed version offers in-app purchases, Apple handles them. We receive purchase status and product information, never your payment-card details. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. You can remove local game data by deleting the app. Purchase records remain with Apple; eligible purchases can be restored in versions that include Restore in the Shop.
Notifications
Event and update notifications are off by default. If you opt in, Apple and Firebase process a push token and app installation identifier to deliver them. You can turn notifications off in the game or in iOS Settings.
Children
Penguin Jump does not knowingly collect names, contact details, user-created content, or account profiles from children. The app is not currently submitted to Apple’s Kids Category. Parents or guardians with a privacy concern can contact us below.
Your choices
You can decline notifications, use the in-game privacy choices screen when available, avoid optional purchases where offered, and delete the app’s local data by removing the app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional access, deletion, correction, objection, or restriction rights.
