Pip’s Aurora Run is an offline game from Koff Works, LLC, designed for children and families. No account is required.
Game data stays on your device
The game saves progress, completed deliveries, optional keepsakes and stamps, and preferences on your device. Koff Works does not receive this gameplay data through the app. The game does not provide its own cloud synchronization or guarantee recovery after reinstalling.
You can clear route progress using “Reset route progress…” in Settings. Deleting the app may remove its remaining local data. Any device backups are managed through your device and Apple’s services.
No advertising or tracking
The game does not collect personal information, show advertising, track players, or use third-party analytics or crash-reporting services. It has no in-app purchases, chat, user-generated content, Game Center integration, or notification service. Gameplay does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, or location.
App Store purchase
Apple processes payment for downloading the game. Koff Works does not receive your payment-card details through the app. Apple may separately process App Store information or diagnostics under its own terms and your device settings.
Children and support
Parents and guardians should handle support and privacy requests. Please do not send a child’s name, age, photographs, location, or other identifying information.
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it only to respond, provide support, or follow up on your request. For questions about information you have sent, or to request its deletion, contact hello@koffworks.com.
Our website
Opening a website link connects your browser to the website separately from gameplay. Our hosting provider may process basic request information, such as IP address, browser type, and access time, to operate and protect the site. See the Koff Works website and support privacy policy.
